Cyber Leaders Council.
A Private Community for Cyber and Technology Leaders

A network for navigating what's next.
The Cyber Leaders Council is a place for senior cyber and tech leaders to talk openly, share what’s working (and what’s not), and learn from each other. It’s a network you can lean on whether you’re facing a tricky challenge, testing new ideas, or just want to know how others are approaching the same issues.

What to Expect
- The council meets three to four times a year for private dinners.
- These are informal, off-the-record evenings focused on meaningful conversations with like-minded peers.
- There’s no formal commitment, just valuable time spent with others who understand the challenges you’re facing.
- Topics are shaped by the group, based on what matters most to members.
- Between meet-ups, we stay connected through a WhatsApp group where people share questions, ideas, and experiences as they happen, keeping the conversation going year-round.
Who’s It For?
For senior leaders carrying the weight of cyber, tech, and security decisions, and the risks that come with them.
It’s open to industry. We can all learn from each other’s approaches.
Next Event: Making DevSecOps Real in Enterprise Environments
Tuesday 14th October, 18:00-21:30, London
This event unites cybersecurity leaders and senior engineering stakeholders, two groups who often only align in times of crisis.
In an age of shifting left, shared responsibility, and AI-accelerated development, DevSecOps promises a unifying model. But in reality, collaboration often stalls due to misaligned incentives, tooling silos, and cultural divides.
Together we are looking to explore:
Where DevSecOps actually works, and where it doesn’t
How teams can collaborate without slowing things down
The impact of AI on secure software delivery
What metrics both sides care about (and how to align them)
